A medium-sized event could take up to a day to set up,
including final technical checks and rehearsals.
Please note that this is subject to change depending on the event size
and equipment specifications.
They can either access the event via your event platform or via a website link.
You can also stream directly to Vimeo or Youtube,
and virtual attendees can view live or recorded content.
We offer a range of hybrid packages to cater for any event space.
We can also integrate into the existing AV in the venue (subject to a site visit).
Costings will fluctuate depending on the size of the event and the number of participants.

Small Event: 2K – 3K (does not include streaming platform)
Medium Event: 3K to 5K
Large Event: 5K to 10K
